For sites we didn’t build, we do a one-time evaluation so we can get fully acquainted with your site before taking it on. This covers our time to audit, document, and prep everything for a smooth handoff into monthly maintenance.

I'm not sure which plan I need. Is that OK?

Totally fine! That’s actually one of the best reasons to book this call. We’ll look at your site together and give you an honest recommendation based on how active your site is, how often you need updates, and what kind of support makes sense for your business. No upselling, promise.

What does the $295 evaluation fee include?

The evaluation is our time to properly get acquainted with your site before we take it on. We check your plugins, theme, security setup, backups, broken links, and overall site health — and we document everything so we’re fully prepared to maintain it on your behalf going forward. Think of it as the onboarding cost of doing this right.

Do I have to commit to anything on the call?

Nope! The consultation is genuinely just a conversation. We’ll share what we think makes sense, answer your questions, and let you decide if it’s a good fit. If you want to think it over, sleep on it, or talk to your business partner first — go for it. We’re not going anywhere.

My site was built by Start Something Studio. Do I still need the evaluation?

Good news: nope! If we built your site, we already know it inside and out. You can skip the evaluation fee and jump straight into a monthly care plan. We’d still love to do the consultation call just to make sure we’re aligned on what you need.

What if I have a SquareSpace site instead of WordPress?

We’ve got you covered! We offer care plans for both WordPress and Squarespace sites. Squarespace plans are priced a bit lower since the platform handles security and updates on the backend, but you still get the same editing time and support. Book the call and we’ll sort out the details together.
